Less than a week to go until Round 2 of the DC Voltage Ute Racing Qld Championship at Lakeside Park on Brisbane northside.

A solid field of Utes will be on track to battle it out for championship points.

In the Production class John Young returns after a round win at Qld raceway earlier this year, Scott Tamati running in 2nd is back In the Lion Battery AU Falcon. Also returning to the track after a break from racing is the AU Falcon of Mick McCloud. With Troy Montgomerie and Craig Kasper also entered it will be great close racing.

The V8’s has the 2022 champion Brendan Exner in the FG Falcon go up against our young gun AJ Gealy also in a FG Falcon, this will be a close battle worth watching after AJ get the round win last month at Qld Raceway.

Valmont Coatings will again have the pole award for both classes, so qualifying is important for weekend and who doesn’t like a big oversize cheque!

Huge thanks to series sponsor DC Voltage for the on going support this year.

See you on 15/16th April at Lakeside.
