Round 4 of the Ute Racing Qld championship is on this weekend at the classic Lakeside Park on Brisbane northside. The Holden Vs Ford battle is on with John Young and his commodore coming off a round win at Qld raceway and the current series leader going up against the Ford of Brendan Exner who is running 2nd the championship, its a tight battle with only a few points between the two racers.

Right behind the two leaders is the Fords of Troy Montgomerie and Peter Clarke looking to take it to the top runners. In the V8 class Scott Tamati is looking to stretch his lead in the class , however will have some company with new V8 entry of Simon Boss Walker having his hit out with the class.

New faces also in the Holdens with Brendon Lloyd And Matt Mundy joining the rookie ranks against the fords of Leyton Hatherley and Adam Ford.

Action starts Saturday afternoon with Quaily and racing all day Sunday.
